Install the Chrome extension

   Lectunote is being prepared for Chrome Web Store review and is not publicly available yet. Once released you will install it directly from the store, and the steps on this page will get simpler.

   Get a launch notification

2. 2. Load it in Chrome

   1. chrome://extensions Open
   2. Turn on Developer mode (top right)
   3. Load unpacked and click it
   4. Select the downloaded folder

3. 3. Use it on a Udemy lecture page

   On a lecture video page (e.g. https://www.udemy.com/course/<id>/learn/lecture/<n>), click the extension icon.

   The first time, a Google sign-in screen appears — this creates your Lectunote account.

4. 4. Start

   Press "Collect current lecture" (saves what you're watching into your notes) or "Auto-collect all lectures" and download the result as Markdown.
